The Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust is made from high-grade, durable, lightweight titanium and is 45% lighter than the stock system. Its coated surface improves durability, while its routing is tailored to the limited underbody space of the G 63 W465.

Akrapovič dyno testing against a stock G 63 recorded gains of 15.8 kW (21.4 hp) and 25.3 Nm at 5,950 rpm. Two exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers control the tone, producing a deep, sporty sound. The system has ECE type approval and requires no remapping.

The separately sold Akrapovič TP-T/S/24/1 titanium tail pipe set is mandatory for installation.
